Kainchi Dham in Uttarakhand is experiencing massive crowds and significant congestion. Viral social media footage has shown large numbers of people pushing through temple grounds and staircases, leading to reports of long queues and traffic jams.

Director Vishal Chaturvedi has urged devotees to check local conditions before traveling to the shrine to avoid severe overcrowding. Some reports suggest the surge in visitors may be linked to the popularity of the film ‘Hanuman Ansh’, which concerns the life of Neem Karoli Baba.

Recent reports indicate the influx has reached over 28,000 people in a single day, causing vehicle queues to stretch between 3 and 4 kilometers. Amid the overcrowding, a violent dispute occurred involving two devotees from Gurgaon, who were reportedly assaulted with iron rods and sticks. The victims required medical treatment at the Bhawali CHC following the incident.
