Additionally, the Antofagasta Symphony Orchestra held a historic concert in Iquique titled ‘Gala Sinfónica: Del Desierto a la Tradición Rusa’. The performance featured premieres by Chilean composers alongside classical works by Tchaikovsky, Shostakovich, and Mussorgsky, serving as a significant cultural meeting between the two northern cities.
