The Entre Ríos province has seen a series of cultural, academic, and community-focused initiatives.

In September, the Provincial Council of Culture established an agenda including the Provincial Book Fair in Concordia, the Entre Ríos International Film Festival (FICER), and the Night of Entre Ríos Museums. The council also highlighted territorial programs like the Fogón Entrerriano music and dance cycle and the Entre Ríos Cultural Games for youth.

Following these developments, academic institutions held specialized events in October. The Universidad Autónoma de Entre Ríos hosted a reading promotion day in Concepción del Uruguay to encourage literacy, while the Universidad de Concepción del Uruguay organized a congress in Gualeguaychú focused on foreign trade, international logistics, and geopolitics.
