Various cultural and art exhibitions have opened across different regions of Portugal, focusing on themes of social dialogue, health, and heritage.

In early October, exhibitions in Barcelos and Porto addressed social inclusivity and mental health. The ‘Viagem Cigana’ photographic tour in Barcelos explored Roma history and traditions to challenge stereotypes, while Porto’s Museu Nacional Soares dos Reis launched the ‘Travessia’ exhibition to foster reflection on community well-being through artist books.

Subsequent openings in Elvas and Lisbon expanded the scope to include scientific intersections and local heritage. In Elvas, the ‘Galeria de Imagens’ explored the ‘One Health’ concept through medical historical collections, alongside a photographic showcase of the city’s fortresses. In Lisbon, painter Mariana Laginha presented works exploring memory and urban fragments.
