Bulgarian towns have engaged in various cultural celebrations and infrastructure developments. In Bolyarovo, festivities for Dimitrovden included religious services, flag raising, and musical performances by the Strandzha Professional Folklore Ensemble. Additionally, the ‘Sirak Skitnik’ exhibition hall in Sliven reopened following renovations funded by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, which modernized the facility and improved energy efficiency.

Further community activities include musical projects in Burgas, such as “Wild Roots,” which blends symphony orchestras with traditional instruments. In Plovdiv, events at the Roman Stadium commemorate National Awakeners' Day and the 170 year history of the chitalishte movement. In Dobrich, a charity concert was organized to raise funds for the social enterprise “Chudnata Gradina,” which supports employment for people with disabilities.
