Vigo continues to host a variety of cultural, community, and musical events. Recent programming includes a discussion at the MARCO auditorium featuring Ana María Freire López on the evolution of travel literature, and the inauguration of the temporary exhibition ‘O difuso e o concreto’ by the Fundación Laxeiro, which examines abstraction in Laxeiro’s work.

Cinematic offerings include the documentary ‘Seré Kaniyé’ at Cines Norte and a Romanian film screening at the Auditorio del Concello. The Kyiv Ballet is also scheduled to perform ‘Swan Lake’.

Regional activities remain active, such as a free guided nature route through El Palancar in Los Barrios, Cádiz, designed to combine hiking with environmental education for families.

Earlier activities in the region included the ‘Folla de Lata’ flea market, the ‘Conexións’ music initiative, and the ‘O Berbés a Bocados’ gastronomic program at the Berbés Market.
