Vallo della Lucania is hosting a series of community-focused events centered on music, literature, and environmental awareness.

In mid-October 2026, the city hosted the 16th Finestra Jazz international music festival at the Auditorium Diocesano, featuring an eclectic program of jazz, tango, and Neapolitan tributes.

Following the festival, the municipality launched further initiatives, including the third edition of the “Voci, Pagine, Emozioni: l’Universo dei Libri” cultural review at the Palazzo della Cultura, which explores literature and local traditions. Additionally, community and school groups organized the “Lasciate scorrere l’Acqua Viva” event to address the climate crisis and water resource protection, concluding with a celebration at the Sanctuary of the Madonna delle Grazie.
