Various cultural initiatives and tributes are being conducted across different regions of Spain.

In Seville, the Ateneo de Triana has launched the ‘Pro Monumento a Marifé de Triana’ project to establish a permanent monument for the copla singer. Meanwhile, in Alcázar de San Juan, the Iglesia de Santa María is preparing an audiovisual videomapping spectacle for its eighth centenary, and the local municipal library has named a reading room after the late poet Santiago Ramos Plaza.

In celebration of Library Day, municipal libraries in Mogán and Miguelturra are hosting diverse programs. Mogán’s activities focus on the ‘Generation of 27’ through exhibitions, guided tours, and a ‘Biblioplaya-Bookcrossing’ book exchange project. In Miguelturra, the ‘Casa de la Capellanía’ Public Municipal Library is organizing workshops, children’s literary encounters, and lectures regarding female researchers and writers.
