The city of Pesaro is implementing various cultural and social initiatives. In October, the city will host an Ancient Music Festival featuring 16th to 18th-century repertoire at the Conservatorio Rossini and the Museo Nazionale Rossini.

Additionally, the Italian Army Band is scheduled to perform a charity concert titled ‘Musica e solidarietà’ at the Teatro Rossini on October 3. The event, which includes guest appearances by dancer Ivan Cottini, cellist Valentina Irlando, and singer Carol Cadeo, offers free admission with donations benefiting the Italian Multiple Sclerosis Association (AISM).

Furthering its cultural infrastructure, Pesaro has begun construction on a new outdoor auditorium at Giardino Riz Ortolani. Funded by over 1 million euros from European FESR and FSE+ Marche 2021-2027 funds, the project will create a 1,450-square-meter public space capable of holding at least 300 people, with an expected completion date in the summer of 2027.
