Milan is hosting various cultural, culinary, and sporting events throughout late October 2026.

In early October, the city held major theatrical festivals, including the tenth edition of Fringe Milano Off, which featured 55 shows, and the inaugural FOOLS Festival, which focused on comedy as social commentary.

Later in the month, the Milano Open disc golf tournament took place at Parco Lambro, featuring over 80 international athletes. Following this, the 21st Golosaria food festival was scheduled at Fiera Milano Rho to celebrate Italian gastronomy.
