In early October 2026, Pardubice hosted a series of major sporting and cultural events. The schedule began with a weekend of athletic competitions, including the 78th Zlatá přilba motorcycle race at the Svítkov stadium and the L’Etape Czech Republic by Tour de France cycling event.

Following these sports competitions, the city transitioned to autumn cultural celebrations. These festivities included musical performances, historical exhibitions, and a large-scale dance production. A notable feature of the cultural program was a ‘silent pyromusical’ on the Elbe River, which utilized 3D pixel mapping and pyrotechnics as a visual alternative to traditional fireworks. The period also included community-focused events, such as a celebration for senior citizens at Palác Pardubice.
