From October 29 to November 1, the venue will host the 31st International Cultural Heritage Salon, organized by Ateliers d’Art de France. Under the theme ‘Patrimoine en lumières’ (Heritage in Lights), the salon features over 300 exhibitors across more than 40 crafts, such as glassmaking and bronze work, focusing on how light reveals materials in heritage preservation. Additionally, on November 6, the 21st APAJH Trophées will be held to mark the 50th anniversary of the Fédération APAJH. This ceremony, styled as a ‘modern cabaret,’ aims to recognize initiatives that promote the inclusion and citizenship of people with disabilities. Separately, the Louvre museum is hosting an exhibition titled ‘Figures du fou’ (Figures of the Fool), which examines the social and religious history of those perceived as insane from the Middle Ages through the 19th century. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-26: Louvre Museum hosts exhibitions on cultural heritage and historical figures The Louvre hosts two major cultural events: the 31st International Cultural Heritage Salon focusing on light and craftsmanship, and an exhibition exploring the historical treatment of the ‘fool’ from the Middle 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/louvre-museum-hosts-exhibitions-on-cultural-heritage-and-historical-figures ### 2026-10-21: Carrousel du Louvre to host APAJH Trophées and Cultural Heritage Salon The Carrousel du Louvre will host the 21st APAJH Trophées for disability inclusion on November 6 and the 31st International Cultural Heritage Salon from October 29 to November 1, 2026. 3 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/carrousel-du-louvre-to-host-apajh-trophes-and-cultural-heritage-salon --- Cite as: Cultural events at the Carrousel du Louvre.
