The island of La Palma is preparing for several major cultural events in Tazacorte. As part of the tenth anniversary of the Isla Bonita Love Festival, singer Isabel Pantoja is scheduled to perform a symphonic concert on September 12 to celebrate her 50-year career. This performance, featuring the Orquesta Sinfónica de Las Palmas, is noted as her only scheduled concert in Spain during her anniversary tour.

In addition to the concert, Pantoja will serve as the godmother for the festival’s Social Week from September 14 to 17 in Los Llanos de Aridane, which focuses on diversity and LGTBI+ rights. To support the event, organizers have arranged shuttle buses from various locations across the island and a mobility train within the port. 

Further cultural programming includes the Canary Islands debut of the musical ‘La Cruz de Celia’ on September 27, a production that pays tribute to the life and legacy of Celia Cruz through music, theater, and audiovisual projections.
