Cultural and artistic events are being organized across Bulgaria and North Macedonia. 

In late August, Bulgaria’s Dorkovo scheduled an International Folklore Festival featuring singing and dancing performances, while Kriva Palanka in North Macedonia announced a nine-day celebration including the 21st St. Joachim of Osogovo International Folklore Festival and the ‘Shopsko Selo’ event. 

Following these festivities, Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria, will host the ‘Great Urban Stage’ in early September, showcasing dance, ballet, and musical performances. In Skopje, North Macedonia, the play ‘Una’ has added an extra performance at the Macedonian National Theatre due to high interest.
