Tunisia hosted several major cultural events in late 2026. In September, the 26th Arab Radio and Television Festival opened in Carthage, organized by the Arab States Broadcasting Union. The event featured musical performances and an awards ceremony honoring media personalities from various Arab nations.

Following this, the Tunisian National Theater Festival was scheduled for late October, focusing on the theme ‘New Horizons’. This festival included regional encounters in Kairouan and a competition of 14 plays in Tunis, alongside discussions on theater training and artificial intelligence. Concurrently, the E-Fest Camp was organized in Tataouine to highlight contemporary music and digital cultures.
