In mid-October, the Fondo Nacional de las Artes hosted the First International Heritage Congress, ‘La ciudadanía en acción’, in Buenos Aires. The event gathered researchers and civil society organizations to discuss the preservation of material and immaterial urban heritage across various venues.

By late October, cultural activities expanded to include free guided tours of historic architectural sites in Buenos Aires, such as the Torre Monumental and Plaza Mitre. Simultaneously, in Concepción, Chile, the Municipality and the University of Concepción organized events related to the Museo del Prado exhibition, allowing participants to recreate specific artworks.
