Various cultural organizations and projects are being established or celebrated in the Belluno province and other Italian regions. In Belluno, the Dante Alighieri Society – Belluno Committee has formed a new leadership structure, with Maria Grazia Passuello elected president, to promote Italian art and engage younger generations through school collaborations. Additionally, the Circolo Cultura e Stampa Bellunese is marking its 50th anniversary, noting a history of hosting hundreds of shows and educational programs for tens of thousands of students.

Other regional initiatives include efforts in Gagliano Aterno to transform the Simon Tanner bookstore into a permanent cultural center and community hub to support post-earthquake reconstruction. In Gibellina, artist Lucia Veronesi is developing a project titled ‘Qui prima non c’era il nulla’ as part of the city’s bid to become the Italian Capital of Contemporary Art in 2026.
