Catalonia is hosting various cultural initiatives focusing on literature, performing arts, and circus arts. In late September, events included contemporary dance performances inspired by Agatha Christie at the Josep Salceda i Castells Municipal Library, alongside a program in Cerdanyola del Vallès commemorating the 90th anniversary of Federico García Lorca’s death through music, theater, and recitals.

By late October, the focus expanded to circus and clowning arts. The ‘Circo a Escena’ circuit scheduled performances in Figueres, Olot, and Granollers, while the 13th International Clown Festival at Circ Cric highlighted female comedy talent with international performers.
