After completing a 10-million-litre double-wall steel reservoir in Tatuquara in early June, Sanepar began routine maintenance on its distribution network, causing brief interruptions in the Curitiba metropolitan area, Cascavel, and Piraquara. On 30 June, the company scheduled short-term water cuts for equipment replacements in several neighborhoods and interior towns, including Quatro Barras, Céu Azul, and Joaquim Távora. Three Paraná watershed committees held remote meetings on 2–3 July to discuss basin management, followed by sectoral elections on 8–10 July.

On 30 June, Cagece auctioned Ceará sanitation PPP Block 1. A consortium led by Terracom Concessões, including CDG Concessões, Cosampa, Gimma Engenharia, Ellenco, and Vale do Rio Novo, was the sole bidder. The group secured a 28-year concession with a 1.15% discount, agreeing to a maximum payment of roughly R$ 3.74 billion. The deal covers 23 interior municipalities and aims to raise sewage coverage to 90% by 2033 through R$ 1.08 billion in planned investments.

In mid-July, a power failure at the ETA Iguaçu treatment plant on 14 July caused water shortages across 21 Curitiba neighborhoods, Campo Largo, and Araucária. This followed a larger maintenance campaign in late July that interrupted supply in Curitiba neighborhoods like Campo de Santana and Tatuquara, as well as interior municipalities including Pato Branco and Ortigueira. Most recently, Sanepar announced a scheduled suspension for 11 August in four Quatro Barras neighborhoods to implement new interconnection points.
