In Istanbul, the L’Étape Türkiye by Tour de France event featured approximately 2,000 athletes from 40 countries competing on three different routes, including a crossing of the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge. This event was attended by the Turkish Minister of Youth and Sports, Osman Aşkın Bak.
