Infrastructure development is underway for bypass projects in the Czech Republic to divert transit traffic from urban centers.

In Náchod, construction is proceeding on schedule according to the Road and Motorway Directorate (ŘSD). Recent progress includes the completion of the 363-meter Dolní Radechová tunnel and ongoing work on the Kramolna tunnel. The project also involves the construction of 16 bridges and viaducts, including the Dolní Radechová and Běloves viaducts.

In Krnov, the ŘSD has entered the contractor search phase for a 3.4-kilometer western bypass. The project aims to connect road I/45 with road I/57 to improve air quality and safety. The plan includes two bridges over the Jelení potok and Ježník valleys. To mitigate environmental impacts on the Ježnické forests, the city of Krnov has agreed to fund two pedestrian walkways over the new road, estimated at approximately 20.57 million CZK.
