D-Marin, an international marina management group controlled by Infravia Capital Partners, has acquired the Porto San Rocco Marina Resort in Muggia, located in the Gulf of Trieste. 

This acquisition expands the company’s Italian portfolio to nine marinas, making Italy its largest market by number of locations. The facility, situated near the borders of Slovenia and Croatia, provides 546 berths for vessels between 8 and 60 meters. In addition to docking infrastructure, the resort includes hotels, restaurants, wellness facilities, and conference spaces. 

CEO Oliver Dörschuck noted that the location serves as a “pivotal point between Italy and the rest of the Adriatic,” with the company intending to apply its management expertise and digital technologies to the site.
