Danube Properties has announced the launch of Shahrukhz Residences, a luxury waterfront residential tower in Dubai Maritime City. The project is a collaboration with actor Shah Rukh Khan and follows the rapid sell-out of a previous commercial tower project.

Described as the first residential tower named after a celebrity, the development features over 40 amenities, including a Longevity Lounge with cryotherapy and red-light therapy, as well as a rooftop Kings Club. Interior designer Gauri Khan has designed the building’s penthouses. Danube Group Chairman Rizwan Sajan stated the project addresses market demand for unique, branded, and experience-led real estate.
