González Oro was a prominent figure in national broadcasting, best known for hosting the program ‘El oro y el moro’ on Radio 10. His career included notable appearances on television programs such as ‘Polémica en el Bar’.

Having resided in Uruguay since 2020, González Oro’s passing has prompted tributes from media colleagues.
