A 29-year-old software engineer, Sambhav Jain, died after falling from a balcony at the Supernova Spira Tower in Sector 94, Noida. Jain, a resident of Manesar, Haryana, had checked into an Airbnb within the complex for a one-night stay.

Witnesses and workers performing air conditioning repairs reported seeing Jain in a dangerous position on the balcony and attempted to intervene, but were unsuccessful. Preliminary investigations by the Noida Police suggest the incident may have been a suicide driven by severe mental stress related to financial debt and marital issues. A video recorded by Jain prior to the fall reportedly mentioned his distress regarding debt. Authorities are reviewing CCTV footage and forensic evidence to confirm the circumstances.
