Spanish multidisciplinary artist Víctor Coyote, also known as Víctor Aparicio Abundancia, died at approximately 68 years of age following a bicycle accident in Segovia.

Coyote was a prominent figure in the Madrid Movida scene and the founder of the band Los Coyotes. His career spanned music, graphic design, comic book illustration, and audiovisual direction. He was noted for blending rock and punk with Latin American rhythms, often navigating between high art and popular culture. Colleagues and friends have described him as an artist who “refused to be pigeonholed,” moving fluidly between punk, electronic music, and various other disciplines.
