British rock band Def Leppard has announced two major projects regarding their history and discography.

The band will star in ‘Long Live Def Leppard’, an authorized feature-length documentary directed by Jeff Feuerzeig. Scheduled for a theatrical release in early 2027, the film aims to trace the group’s journey from Sheffield to global stardom, covering milestones such as their Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction and personal tragedies involving members Steve Clark and Rick Allen.

Additionally, the band announced ‘Volume 4’, the fourth installment of a six-part box set covering their work from 2015 to 2023. This collection includes the albums ‘Def Leppard’, ‘Diamond Star Halos’, and ‘Drastic Symphonies’. A notable feature of the set is a previously unreleased cover of The Beatles’ ‘Revolution’, originally recorded for an unused advertising campaign. The box set will also include a disc of rarities, such as demos, live recordings from Abbey Road, and covers of artists like David Bowie and Depeche Mode.
