Delta Air Lines has expanded its AI-powered digital assistant, ‘Delta Concierge’, to all SkyMiles members through the airline’s mobile app. This rollout follows a beta testing period that began in October 2025.

The tool is designed to provide personalized travel support by utilizing customer-specific context, such as flight bookings and account history.
