The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) is engaged in various diplomatic, financial, and institutional activities involving regional neighbors. 

Diplomatically, the DRC is hosting leaders from the Central African Republic and the Republic of the Congo for the 10th anniversary of the College of Higher Studies of Strategy and Defense.
