In late August 2026, the “Detective Precure!” franchise expanded its reach through new episode developments and public safety collaborations. 

On 23 August, the 30th episode, titled “Eclipse Shadow,” was scheduled to air. The plot involves the characters performing garden maintenance at Makoto Mirai Academy during summer vacation, where Claire discovers that zinnia flowers have been cut. Using a magnifying tool, Claire identifies blade cuts and footprints, suggesting the incident may be linked to the student council president, Rei.

Simultaneously, the upcoming theatrical film, “Detective Precure! The Mysterious Garden and Two Secrets,” announced a collaboration with several Japanese police departments, including the Metropolitan Police Department and prefectural police in Kanagawa, Aichi, Osaka, Fukuoka, and Hokkaido.
