DHL Express has announced the appointment of Julian Neo as the new Managing Director for Hong Kong and Macau, effective October 1, 2026. Neo succeeds Andy Chiang, who is scheduled to retire from the DHL Group on January 1, 2027, following a 34-year tenure. 

Neo, who previously served as Managing Director for Malaysia and Brunei, will be based in Hong Kong. His mandate includes strengthening the company’s market position and assisting small and medium-sized enterprises in reaching global markets.
