DHL is expanding its logistics operations in Singapore, specifically focusing on healthcare and air cargo capabilities at Changi Airport.

To bolster healthcare logistics, DHL Global Forwarding is establishing the DHL Singapore Coldchain Hub at Changi Nexus One. The 3,047-square-meter facility is expected to be completed by the end of 2027 and will be designed to Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards. The hub will utilize GDP-qualified cold rooms and real-time monitoring to manage temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and life sciences cargo.

In addition to the new hub, DHL Express has renewed a partnership with Singapore Airlines. This agreement ensures that Singapore Airlines pilots and engineers will continue to operate and maintain five Boeing 777 freighters based at Changi Airport, connecting DHL’s South Asia Hub to key destinations in the United States.
