The ‘Diamond Stage Night’ charity concert series, hosted by entertainer Hu Gua, was held over two days at the Taipei International Convention Center during the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. The performances featured various artists, including Hung Jung-hung, who briefly managed a technical failure with his in-ear monitors, and Tseng Hsin-mei, who performed a tribute to the late Chen Ying-chieh. The event successfully raised nearly 5 million TWD through ticket sales and donations from corporations and artists. These proceeds, along with three home care service vehicles, are designated for donation to the Hu Hua Foundation to support elderly citizens. Following the conclusion of the series, Hu Gua reported experiencing physical strain, including vocal and gastrointestinal issues, due to the organization of the event. He also noted that difficulties in securing venues and ongoing renovations at the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall may lead to a one-year suspension of the charity concert series. ## Timeline ### 2026-09-26: Hung Jung-hung performs at Diamond Stage Night charity concert The ‘Diamond Stage Night’ charity concert at TICC raised nearly 5 million TWD for the Huashan Foundation, featuring performances by Hung Jung-hung and a tribute to the late Chen Ying-chieh. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/hung-jung-hung-performs-at-diamond-stage-night-charity-concert ### 2026-09-26: Diamond Stage Night charity concerts raise 5 million TWD in Taipei The ‘Diamond Stage Night’ charity concerts in Taipei raised nearly 5 million TWD for elderly services.
