# Digital integration trends in Turkish enterprises

Data from the 2026 Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Usage Survey by the Turkish Statistical Institute indicates increasing digital integration among Turkish enterprises. Approximately 92.7% of businesses with at least 10 employees utilize fixed-line internet connections, with 52.9% achieving speeds of 100 Mbps or higher.

Social media usage among these enterprises rose to 57.7% in 2026, up from 55.2% in 2025. This adoption is highest in publishing, radio-TV, and content activities at 93.9%, while construction shows the lowest usage at 40.7%. Furthermore, the proportion of businesses conducting e-sales via the internet or Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) grew to 17.1% in 2025 from 13.6% in 2024.

In support of digital empowerment, the Shopalm platform is facilitating digital commerce for female entrepreneurs by allowing them to create online stores using social media, e-commerce infrastructure, and digital payment systems.
