Persib Bandung has officially loaned defender Dion Markx to Persita Tangerang for the 2026-2027 Super League season. The club’s Deputy CEO, Adhitia Putra Herawan, described the move as a strategic decision to provide the player with more competitive playing time and professional experience to aid his technical development.

Persita Tangerang Manager Abdurahman noted that Markx was signed to strengthen the team’s central defense due to his potential. Markx, a 21-year-old who developed in the Netherlands through the Vitesse and NEC Nijmegen academies, completed his Indonesian naturalization process in February 2025.
