Ganna Kovrizhynkh, a Ukrainian national, has been located in the Mexican state of Sinaloa approximately 13 months after her disappearance. 

Kovrizhynkh was reported missing in July 2025 after her vehicle and trailer were found abandoned in Potrero, California. Prior to vanishing, she had sent a message to her mother containing GPS coordinates for the Potrero area and instructions regarding her personal assets. 

San Diego County authorities confirmed they made contact with Kovrizhynkh on August 7 and verified her identity. Investigators determined she likely entered Mexico voluntarily. The Embassy of Ukraine has been notified of her whereabouts.
