Liverpool FC has reportedly reached an agreement to sign 18-year-old French striker Djylian N’Guessan from AS Saint-Etienne for approximately 7.5 million euros. The France U20 international is expected to officially join Liverpool in January.

To facilitate his development and the transition, N’Guessan has joined Brest on loan from Saint-Etienne for the remainder of the current season. While Saint-Etienne recently secured a contract extension with the player lasting until 2028 to prevent a free transfer, the move to Liverpool is proceeding.
