Documentary films have been released to document historical events from the conflicts in the Balkans.

In Vinkovci, the film ‘Dom tehnike 1991. Borovo naselje – Vukovar’ was screened to honor defenders of the Dom tehnike position during the defense of Vukovar. The project, which took two years to prepare, focuses on the fallen, missing, and deceased, while addressing the ongoing search for seven missing defenders.

In Mostar, the documentary ‘Bila jednom Trusina’ premiered to detail the April 16, 1993, events in Trusina, where members of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina killed 23 Croatian civilians and members of the Croatian Defence Council. The film is part of a series titled ‘Digitalni žrtvoslov hrvatskoga naroda u Bosni i Hercegovini’ intended to preserve survivor testimonies and document the experiences of Catholic Croats during the war.
