Dubai is scheduled to host several major industry events in late 2026. The Concept Big Brands Carnival (CBBC) is set to take place from September 26 to October 1 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, featuring discounts from over 300 brands.

Following this, the CABSAT and SATExpo exhibitions have commenced as of October 5 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City Dubai. CABSAT, in its 33rd edition, focuses on media technology, content creation, and professional audiovisual tools, while SATExpo, in its second edition, centers on the satellite, space, and advanced-connectivity ecosystem. These events are held in partnership with Dubai Studio City and the UAE Space Agency.

The 2026 editions serve as a major platform for the media technology, satellite broadcasting, digital entertainment, and space economy sectors across the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia. The exhibitions feature approximately 450 exhibitors, 700 global brands, and over 150 companies specializing in space and communications. The program includes more than 120 international speakers, strategic summits, and dedicated zones for innovation and startups.

Among the participants is the Qatari satellite company Es'hailSat, which is showcasing its integrated satellite communication capabilities. The company is highlighting its Doha-based ground station and its Es'hail-1 and Es'hail-2 satellites, while also preparing to expand coverage through its upcoming Es'hail-3 satellite program.
