DYM Co., Ltd. has expanded its business operations across its dance and human resources sectors. In late September 2026, the company’s professional dance team, DYM MESSENGERS, held a kickoff event for the 26-27 season to prepare for the upcoming D. LEAGUE season. Simultaneously, the company’s recruitment service, DYM Scout, introduced a new internship search function, and its online resume service was rebranded as ‘MY ES’.

By early October 2026, DYM MESSENGERS increased its community and media engagement. This included a television appearance on the TBS program ‘Nihon Kurabete Mitara’, where dancer Quraio provided instruction and career guidance to high school students, as well as a collaborative workshop titled ‘First Make’ that combined dance lessons with makeup workshops for children.
