The Regent of East Aceh, Iskandar Usman Al’farlaky, has officially inaugurated the Chairman and members of the East Aceh Baitul Mal for the 2026–2031 term. Rizalihadi was appointed as the Chairman of the Board.

The Regent emphasized that the institution must operate with professionalism, transparency, and trustworthiness to effectively manage community funds—such as zakat, infaq, alms, and waqf—for poverty alleviation and empowerment programs. 

In response, Chairman Rizalihadi committed to strengthening governance and increasing zakat collection. Mursal Edi, the Head of the Baitul Mal Secretariat, stated that the institution intends to improve recipient data systems and digitalize zakat management to ensure greater accountability.
