The rejection occurred during the Water Council of the Ebro Hydrographic Basin in Zaragoza, where the CHE stated that the ‘necessary support’ to protect the ecological flow from gaps and shallows had not been obtained. In addition to the flow rejection, the CHE announced that studies will be conducted to review the ecological flow of the Montsant River at the Margalef dam.
