A recent installment of this initiative, titled ‘Il bosco e la vite. Maritata, fusilli e mugliatielli’, is scheduled for October 26 at the former Bourbon Prison complex in Avellino. Promoted by the Campania Region’s Tourism Department, the event features museum visits, discussions on nutrition and well-being, show cooking, and Neapolitan classical music. The program highlights traditional Irpinian dishes, such as handmade fusilli and minestra maritata, to showcase the region’s pastoral and agricultural heritage. Key participants include Anna Maria Colao of the Higher Institute of Health and writer Franco Arminio.
