The Chiclana City Council has taken steps to strengthen the local economic fabric through renewed partnerships and infrastructure reviews.

Initially, the City Council and the Asociación de Empresas de Chiclana renewed a 35,000 euro collaboration agreement under the ‘Conforta Plus’ project. This initiative focuses on promoting entrepreneurship and competitiveness via advisory services, business mentoring, and sector-specific working groups.

Following this, Mayor José María Román inspected the Centro de Apoyo al Desarrollo Empresarial (CADE) located in the Pelagatos industrial estate. The center, established through a partnership with the Junta de Andalucía, provides coworking spaces and training facilities. Officials reported that the number of individuals served by the center has increased since its relocation.
