In Catania, Italy, recent efforts have focused on bolstering the local business environment through financial support and professional development.

UNI. CO. inaugurated a new office within the CNA provincial offices to assist artisans and small businesses with credit access and financial consultancy. This initiative aims to facilitate dialogue with the banking system and provide assistance with grants and incentives, addressing a period where credit to small businesses has faced significant challenges.

Complementing these financial services, educational programs have been implemented to enhance managerial skills. The University of Catania hosted a seminar for students focusing on taxation and investment planning, while Confindustria Catania concluded a Business Academy for entrepreneurs covering topics such as financial literacy and the application of artificial intelligence in business.
