Argentina is implementing various educational and technological initiatives involving artificial intelligence and specialized training.

Fundación Sadosky launched the first phase of the ‘Experience AI’ program, a ‘training of trainers’ model co-developed by the Raspberry Pi Foundation and Google DeepMind. This initiative coordinates with eight national universities to train 1,700 secondary school teachers over two years, with the ultimate goal of reaching over 153,000 students aged 11 to 14.

In parallel, technological developments are being used to improve accessibility for the deaf community. In Saladillo, the ‘Conect. AR con LSA’ project has developed an application that utilizes artificial intelligence to translate Argentine Sign Language (LSA) into text or speech by tracking hand movements and facial expressions via a smartphone camera. This project has progressed to the provincial stage of the Science Fair.
