The province of Formosa has hosted several educational and cultural initiatives. The third Provincial Youth Parliament brought together students and teachers from over 140 schools to debate secondary education issues and elect parliamentary representatives. This provincial program was established by the Federation of Secondary Student Centers following the elimination of the Mercosur Youth Parliament by the national government.

Additionally, the National University of Formosa concluded its IV Regional University Book Fair and IX Academic Conferences, featuring scientific and artistic proposals. Concurrently, a 22-member delegation of students and teachers from Formosa traveled to Jujuy to participate in the National Fair of Education, Arts, Sciences, and Technology. Local officials noted that provincial funding was used to cover travel and lodging costs due to national government budget cuts that reduced the scale of the national fair.
