These shortages led to students being released early from classes, as inadequate nutrition hindered their ability to complete full-day curricula. Students at the Centro de Educação Profissional e Tecnológica reported physical hazards such as collapsing ceilings, damaged flooring, and water shortages, alongside allegations of insects being found in meals.
