Authorities in Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, and Argentina are conducting various maintenance and rehabilitation projects at educational facilities to prepare for school cycles.

In Mexico, municipal services in Villa de Pozos completed cleaning, weeding, and maintenance at over 17 centers ranging from preschools to universities. In Venezuela, efforts included inspections of rehabilitation projects at the Rosa Castelia Silva Educational Complex and Santa Rosa de Lima school, alongside the preparation of new annex classrooms.

Recent developments in Venezuela show ongoing work at the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (UPEL) in Maracay as part of a “Back to School” plan, involving waterproofing modules, recovering common areas, and landscaping. In the Francisco Linares Alcántara municipality, the UEN Francisco Isnardi school is undergoing painting and conditioning works supervised by Mayor Víctor Bravo.

In Colombia, the restoration of the Juan XXIII School has reached 45.7% completion in its second phase, focusing on structural reinforcement, architectural restoration, and roof reconstruction using cement and clay tiles. 

In Argentina, the School Council in Cipolletti is executing an integral maintenance plan. This includes waterproofing, heating, and lighting repairs at Primary School 19, gas installations at ESRN 161, and expansions at Cooperative and Labor Training School No. 4. Additionally, bathroom renovations are underway at schools 258 and 283, while monitoring cameras are being installed at ESRN 120 and ESRN 15.
