In West Africa, specific programs have targeted orphans and disadvantaged youth. In Burkina Faso, the Caisse populaire de Dapoya awarded scholarships to 43 orphans, while the URCB/SD provided grants and kits to 125 students in Tougan. In Nigeria, the Chairman of the Kuje Area Council, Danjuma Samuel Shekwolo, reaffirmed commitments to revitalizing primary education through the development of new and renovated classroom blocks and the distribution of learning materials.
